Our projects include comprehensive whole house refurbishments: where the building may be completely stripped back while retaining and reinstating historic architectural detailing, creating additional space for work, leisure, entertainment, and wellness. We are also experts in the careful conservation, repair, and refurbishment of fine historic interiors, combined with the seamless integration of state-of-the-art, modern services.

We collaborate with the UK’s prime residential specialists – interior designers, contractors, consultants, artisans, and craftspeople – to deliver homes with exceptional attention to quality and detail.

Blending heritage with modern functionality

We were appointed as lead consultants, architect, and interior designer for the refurbishment, alteration, and premium quality fit-out of a Grade I-listed former townhouse to provide executive office suites, multi-purpose meeting and events spaces, as well as a residential apartment for an international private company.

The objective was to enhance the historic character of the building through considered refurbishment and repair of the existing historic interiors, while introducing a new layer of contemporary finishes, fittings, equipment, and furniture necessary for the operation of a 21st century business.

Most significantly, we negotiated and secured Planning and Listed Building Consent for a new contemporary rear extension, encompassing an entire new multi-purpose space, whilst ensuring seamless integration with the listed fabric.
