Theo Manzaroli  

Based in Purcell’s London studio, Theo leads a team of architects and designers working on prime residential projects, individual houses, and commercial developments. He joined Purcell in 2012 and was made a Partner in 2018.

Theo has played a crucial role in the design and delivery for various UK and international projects. Notable projects include the Mandarin Oriental Knightsbridge, the ‘Future Programme’ at Windsor Castle for the Royal Collection Trust, the redevelopment and conversion of a Grade I-listed 18th century Mayfair townhouse from office to residential use and most recently, the redevelopment of a Grade I-listed 19th century townhouse for an international investment company’s UK headquarters. Current projects in progress include the redevelopment and extension of fine historic country houses within registered parks and gardens and the conversion and extension of a listed office building to a boutique hotel in central London.

Throughout his career, Theo has demonstrated a keen interest in detailed design and craftsmanship and continues to enjoy collaborating with leading designers and makers to deliver exceptional projects.
