Steve Nevard  

Steve has worked in the Colchester area for over a decade and joined Purcell in September 2018, having studied Architectural Technology and Building Surveying at Anglia Ruskin University.

His experience is very broad, ranging from new build modern churches to the refurbishment, alteration and extension of listed hotels. He also has many years’ experience working independently on a variety of commercial and residential projects.

Steve enjoys working on new-build schemes, but is particularly interested in the sympathetic extension, refurbishment, conversion and adaptation of existing buildings, making the most practical use of their structure, while retaining and enhancing the original character of the buildings.
