Olivia Morrill  

Olivia is a Senior Heritage Consultant based in our York studio, also collaborating with our Manchester and Edinburgh studios.

Olivia came to Purcell from Historic England and has a professional background in heritage consultancy and planning. She is particularly interested in how the study of townscape development from the Medieval period through to the 20th century can illustrate wider changes in the social and cultural landscape. She is experienced in undertaking historic building and areas analysis on a wide variety of sites, from residential properties to city centres, and extensive country estates to medieval churches.

Olivia enjoys providing heritage-led design advice and regularly produces and manages a range of project types, including Heritage Impact Assessments, Statements of Significance, Conservation Management Plans, and Conservation Area Appraisals.
