Nicola Somers  

Nicola joined our London team in 2025 as Executive Assistant to our Chairman, Liz Smith.

With over 20 years of experience in EA and Studio Manager roles, Nicola bring a unique depth of knowledge, having spent 16 of those years working within architectural practices. This has given her a strong understanding of the nuances of the architecture industry and how studios operate on both a strategic and day-to-day level.

Her roles have included operations management, HR, invoicing and payroll, giving her a comprehensive insight into how all areas of a business interconnect and support one another.

Highly organised and a natural communicator, Nicola approaches challenges with a positive, logical mindset.
