Laima Puzaite  

Laima joined Purcell in July 2019 and hold an MBA in Business Operations and Administration.

As Business Team Manager, she oversees the practice’s integrated ISO management systems, supporting compliance and continuous improvement across quality, environmental, and health and safety standards. She works closely with teams across the practice to maintain effective governance, streamline business processes, and support operational excellence. Laima also manages the practice’s property lease portfolio and provides risk management support to the Board, contributing to informed decision-making and organisational resilience.
