Kit Stiby Harris

Kit is an architect who combines a passion and sensitivity for architectural history with a rigorous and imaginative approach to design. His experience covers a wide range of projects, from design-led interventions within historic fabric to high-profile exhibition design.
After graduating from the Royal College of Art in 2016, Kit worked with various design-led studios including Norman-Prahm Architects, Pernilla Ohrstedt Studio and IDK. He also worked as an independent architect and designer, including as technical designer for the V&A exhibition Tim Walker: Wonderful Things, a critically acclaimed collaboration between photographer Tim Walker and set designer Shona Heath.
Driven by his long-standing interests in the future of conservation, Kit returned to Purcell in 2023, having started his architectural experience there in 2011. He is currently working towards accreditation as a conservation architect.
Kit is also involved in higher education and teaches on both the Design and Design History modules at the London School of Architecture. In 2023 his student Ellie Harding was awarded the RIBA Silver Medal.
