Josh is a Partner in our Oxford Studio, leading projects across the education, commercial and hospitality sectors.

He has played a key role in significant schemes including the RIBA Award-winning Radley College Chapel, bringing a strong design vision and a collaborative approach to complex and sensitive environments.

Josh is particularly passionate about creating architecture that enriches communities and responds sensitively to existing contexts. His work blends contemporary design with an understanding of historic environments, ensuring that buildings are both forward-looking and grounded in their past.

At Purcell, Josh guides multidisciplinary teams and contributes to the practice’s strategic direction, championing high-quality, sustainable outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects.
