Helena is our Head of Work Winning. 

Helena leads our practice-wide approach to work winning, ensuring every region benefits from greater collaboration, stronger market engagement, and the sharing of best practice. Her ability to bring people together, challenge thinking and build momentum has shaped our approach to winning work across the business.

Prior to her appointment as Head of Work Winning, Helena rejoined Purcell in September 2024 as Business Development Manager for the Oxford Studio and West Region, strengthening our business development and work-winning capabilities. She had previously worked in the West Region as Regional Studio Manager.
