Gary Owen  

Gary is responsible for the delivery of our services and the leadership of our 20+ strong internal team, including external sub-contractors. Gary draws on two decades of experience including his last project before joining Purcell, as Project Director for Manchester City Council’s Factory project.

Carrying the confidence of the client team, he has been key to ensuring Purcell continue to remain in control of the design and execution as we head into the final stages of the project. As we look beyond Manchester Town Hall, we will benefit from Gary’s insight as we continue to shape the regional offer from Manchester.
