Fiona Lauchlan  

Fiona joined Purcell and the Palace of Westminster team in 2019 and moved to the Bristol Studio in Spring 2021, quickly stepping into the role of Studio Lead.

Since then, she has demonstrated outstanding leadership—bringing out the very best in her team, supporting colleagues in their career development, and fostering an environment where collaboration and growth thrive. Her approachable manner and unwavering positivity have made her a trusted and inspiring leader. Fiona’s ability to guide and empower others has strengthened the studio and created a culture of excellence.

Her key projects include Parnham House, St Ives Guildhall, and Isles of Scilly Museum and Cultural Centre.
