Demetri Zacharia  

Demetri has been working at Purcell since October 2017, primarily on high-end residential projects both with private clients and developers.

His work centres on conservation and restoration, alongside new interventions that give historic buildings renewed purpose and vitality. Now operating as a highly technical architect, he relishes the challenges of RIBA Stages 4–5. This expertise was applied during the restoration of Camden Town Hall, where, at Stage 5, he supported the on-site delivery of a complex internal fit-out to create high-quality events and co-working spaces.
