Claire Martin
Claire joined Purcell in 2010 as an office manager and has recently stepped into the newly created role of Operations Principal, leading operational delivery, process and governance across our London and South East region.
Throughout her time at Purcell, Claire has made a significant contribution by leading a growing regional operations team and continually enhancing the support provided to our technical teams.
Claire has played a pivotal role in the success of the London and South East region, working closely with regional leadership, finance and operations to strengthen business management, improve governance and evolve the systems and processes that underpin the practice. Her approachable leadership style, empathy, energy and sense of humour make her a highly respected colleague and mentor.
