Claire Martin  

Claire joined Purcell in 2010 as an office Manager and is a key member of the London and Canterbury studio management teams.

Claire works closely with the local partners to ensure all projects are correctly resourced, efficient, and meet delivery deadlines. Also playing a cenral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice, she prides herself on helping to bridge the gap between creative vision and operational excellence.

She has a track record of implementing efficient systems, fostering a positive studio culture, and supporting sustainable growth, allowing the architectural team to focus on delivering high quality projects. Claire’s skills encompass finance, project management, human resources and business development.

She has successfully mentored new studio managers during their induction period at a local level and has also been involved in setting up and supporting new studios internationally.
