Charlotte is an AABC-accredited architect specialising in the conservation and creative adaptation of historic buildings.

With extensive experience across Norfolk and beyond, she has led surveys and architectural projects for landmark sites. Skilled in assessing built fabric and specifying sensitive, practical remedial solutions, Charlotte blends deep respect for heritage with imaginative design approaches that enhance historic character through thoughtful new interventions. 

Her work spans all RIBA stages, from condition surveys to full project delivery, and she is known for her collaborative leadership, clear coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and long-standing relationships with clients. Passionate about sustainability in heritage contexts, she also holds the Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings (PAS 2035/2038), strengthening her expertise in future-focused conservation. 

She is a member of the Norwich Cathedral Property Committee and the church architect of several churches in Norwich and Norfolk.
