Purcell ranked No.1 for Heritage in WA100 for fifth year
We are proud to share that Purcell has been ranked No. 1 for Heritage in the World Architecture 100 for a fifth consecutive year.
This reaffirms our position at the forefront of global heritage and conservation architecture.
Compiled by Building Design, the World Architecture 100 recognises the world’s leading architects ranked by the volume of turnover by sector.
Retaining the top spot for heritage reflects the scale of our work in the sector, which is underpinned by consistency, depth, and quality of our expertise across historic environments.
The ranking is a testament to our teams’ shared commitment to creative conservation, thoughtful reuse, and long-term stewardship, ensuring historic places continue to evolve, serve communities, and remain relevant for generations to come. As we build on an extraordinary period for the practice and look ahead with confidence, we remain focused on delivering meaningful social, environmental, and cultural value through heritage-led design.
In addition to being ranked No.1 for heritage, Purcell was ranked 73 in the overall global list, moving up three places from 76 from 2025.
Thank you to our clients, collaborators, and colleagues across the practice who are instrumental in allowing us to carry on our work.
