Purcell appointed to CCS Construction Professional Services Renewal Framework

We are delighted to be strengthening our position as a leading practice in the public sector after securing a place on Lot 2 (architecture) of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Construction Professional Services Renewal framework.

This key appointment will widen our pipeline of public-sector opportunities across the UK, reinforcing a market that has long been central to the practice’s work.

The framework win builds upon our extensive track record delivering some of the country’s most significant civic, heritage and community-centric projects. The practice is currently engaged in major works at the Palace of Westminster, one of the UK’s most complex and high-profile conservation programmes. Our portfolio also includes transformative projects at Manchester Town Hall and Camden Town Hall, schemes that demonstrate our ability to balance heritage sensitivity with modern public-service needs.

Securing a place on the CCS framework positions the practice to support a broader range of government bodies seeking specialist architectural expertise. It also provides a structured route for public-sector clients to access our holistic architectural offer across design, conservation, heritage, sustainability and building surveying and enabling out ongoing commitment to social value and communityfocused architecture. Through collaborative engagement and thoughtful design, we ensure that publicsector projects can contribute meaningfully to social wellbeing as well as architectural quality.
