Pedalling towards MIPIM 2026

Purcell is pleased to confirm attendance at MIPIM 2026, joining the North Place Manchester Delegation in Cannes from 9–13 March 2026.

MIPIM remains one of the most influential events in the global real estate calendar, bringing together leaders across development, investment, design and the public sector.

Our presence reflects Purcell’s ongoing commitment to shaping sustainable, socially responsible places through thoughtful design and heritage-led regeneration.

Meet the team

Tom Bridgen, Jo Bartle and Joe Witchell will represent Purcell throughout the five-day programme. The team will be attending a range of fringe events, networking sessions and industry discussions, including participation in Knight Frank’s Cycle to MIPIM 26.

Across the week, Purcell will be sharing insight on how heritage can play a central role in delivering net zero ambitions, social value and long-term, meaningful regeneration.

If you would like to arrange a meeting with one of the team while in Cannes, please get in touch.

Cycle to MIPIM 26

As part of MIPIM 2026, Purcell is proud to support the annual Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM, with Jo Bartle taking on the challenge of cycling from London to Cannes over six days.

Participants from across the built environment industry will complete the 1,445km relay challenge from London, starting on the 5th of March and arriving on the 10th, just in time for MIPIM. The long distance challenge raises vital funds for three exceptional charities:

  • Cyclists Fighting Cancer, providing specially adapted trikes for children
  • Coram, supporting adoption activity days
  • Tom’s Trust, helping disadvantaged young people

If you would like to support these important causes, please consider donating via the link below.

"Without realising, my childhood summer holidays exploring quaint villages of France with my family lay the foundations of my passion for historic buildings.

Fast forward several decades, I am now thrilled to be taking part in the Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM on 5th March 2026, to raise money and awareness for three incredible charities transforming young lives: Cyclists Fighting Cancer, Coram, Tom Ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust. Let’s hope the beautiful architecture can help me along the 1455km relay challenge from London to Cannes!"
