We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Palace of Westminster Team based in our London studio.

The role

Key Responsibilities

  • General Administration: Handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, meeting preparation and outputs, gathering information, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document & Presentation Production: Produce, proofread, and format high-quality documents, spreadsheets, graphics, and presentations.
  • Data Management: Maintain databases, update logs, and ensure information is accurate, organised, and accessible.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and take initiative to ensure efficient workflows.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role within the architecture, engineering, or construction sector.
  • Experience working across multiple tasks or departments

Desirable

  • Familiarity with RIBA work stages and architectural project workflows.
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
