We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support the Regional Partner (Board member) and regional senior team.

You will support the regional senior team in the strategic development of the East Region and driving efficient operations of the region.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the leadership team in the region, working closely with the Regional Partner and their colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the region.

The role

  • Assist with managing internal communication on behalf of the Regional Partner, Board, Ops Board and Regional Studio Managers to the wider studios within the region.
  • Maintain Regional Strategy Day actions tracker and assist with facilitating action
  • Act as support to Leadership Team on behalf of Regional Partner in order to drive the regional strategy
  • Scheduling of meetings, collating document packs and agendas and note taking within meetings.
  • Assist Regional Partner with compiling Quarterly Regional Board Report
  • General administration & assistance with activities and actions arising from meetings
  • Lead and manage special projects assigned by Regional Partner, Ops Board and Regional Studio Managers ensuring timely completion and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with analysing data and assistance with highlighting risks
  • Personal assistance to Regional Partner as required – admin support, travel, diary management

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous EA experience
  • previous experience of working in an organisation of comparable size and complexity
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and experience of board level interaction.
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining a flexible approach
  • Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams.
  • Experience of the architectural, construction or property professions and business environment. (Desirable)
